Returns + Exchanges
Ingrained tries to go paperless whenever possible. For this reason, no return slips or shipping labels will be sent with your purchase, instead returns will be handled through email. The trees thank you for the small inconvenience!
Ingrained always hopes that you love your new accessory, but if you're not completely happy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
Please send email to email@example.com with item details and reason for return.
Mail item back to address below within 30 days of purchase date and your account will be credited once item has arrived.

Damaged Upon Arrival
In the event of broken or damaged item/s upon arrival, Ingrained is sorry and would be happy to replace any damaged goods. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the broken item within 7 days of arrival and another one will be on it's way free of charge.
Ingrained always hopes that your accessory fits and works for you, but if it does not, exchanges are welcome. Please send an email to email@example.com with your exchange request. You will be sent a response as soon as possible with details on item availability, return shipping, and credits to your account for the difference (if any.)
